What we keep
- Your name — the one you choose. It shows on the leaderboards, at tables and in club night results.
- Your email, if you make an account — to sign you in, to send sign-in emails (confirming your address, resetting a password) and to recognise club execs. It is never shown on the site.
- Your games — the board you play on, the hands you played, the points they moved, the club nights you joined and the tables you sat at.
- Guests give a name and nothing else.
We do not collect anything else: no location, no contacts, no payment details. There is no advertising and no analytics or tracking on this site.
Cookies
The site uses only the cookies it needs to work:
jt_playerkeeps you signed in, for up to 30 days.jt_execkeeps a club exec signed in to the exec dashboard, for up to 12 hours.
Neither is used for anything else, and neither can be read by other sites. The join page also remembers, on your own device, the name you last sat down as. If you use “Continue with Google”, Google may set its own cookies on its own site — see Google’s privacy policy.
Who handles it
- Google Firebase — sign-in, passwords and sign-in emails.
- Vercel — hosts the website.
- Turso — stores the club’s data (names, account emails, boards, games). Its servers are in the United States.
We do not sell or share your information with anyone else.
Who can see what
Anyone can see names, boards, scores and club night results — that is what a leaderboard is. Club execs can also see who recorded each hand and can correct or remove hands. Emails are never shown publicly.
Deleting your account
You can delete your account at any time from your profile. That deletes your sign-in and takes you off the boards. Your name stays on hands you already played, so the other players’ results still add up. To have your name removed from those too, email us.
Terms of use
- Use your own name or a recognizable nickname, and play fair: record hands as they happened.
- Points are for the leaderboard only. The club does not handle money, and the site is not for gambling.
- Club execs can correct or remove hands, rename tables and remove accounts that break these rules.
- The site is run by club volunteers and provided as is; we may change or pause it.
